The Board of Directors is composed of Catholic physician members, either M.D. or D.O., who are active, retired, or still in training.

Only physician members are eligible to be on the Board of Directors and only Board members are eligible to become officers of the Denver Guild.

Each Board member is required to pay annual dues, typically $300, to the national Catholic Medical Association(CMA).

They are also eligible to become voting delegates to the General Assembly of the national CMA, which meets annually.

The Board enjoys close ties with the national CMA, which provides support for the local Denver guild.
